Predictions are locked before the draw takes place, then matched against the official result. Locking first is the only honest way to judge a prediction — assessed afterwards, almost anything can be made to look nearly right.

Predictors are usually remembered only for their hits, while misses vanish. Keeping both is what makes an accuracy figure meaningful instead of promotional.

Guessing two digits means picking one in 100, so even random guesses land occasionally. What matters is whether a hit rate holds above chance across hundreds of attempts. So far, none does.
