Draw results are taken from each market's public source as soon as the operator announces them, and stored with their date. What is stored is the official result as published — no figure is filled in by hand while its source is still pending.
Markets differ in how traceable they are: some are run by operators under formal regulatory oversight, others are only available through data aggregators. We state which is which, because source quality and archive depth determine how far the statistics can honestly be trusted.
Predictions are computed by fixed rules from historical data, locked before the draw, then compared against the official result. Testing runs forward only and is never tuned against results already known.
So far, no method holds above its random baseline. We publish that openly rather than hiding it, because hiding it would mean selling something that does not exist.
